
FLOK Waitlist Giveaway – Contest Rules (Trade Promotion)

1. Promotional Period: The promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on 12 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 1 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
2. Eligibility Entry: is open only to individuals who:are 18 years or older at the time of entry; and are Australian residents; and remain actively subscribed to the FLOK waitlist at the time of the draw.The following people are not eligible:employees, contractors, officers, and shareholders of the Promoter; and immediate family members of those persons; and anyone involved in the administration of this promotion.
3. How to enter: During the Promotional Period, eligible entrants can enter by:joining the FLOK waitlist via the official landing page by submitting their details and confirming their subscription (“Base Entry”); and earning additional entries via referrals, as described below. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Referral entries: After completing a valid Base Entry, you may receive a unique referral link. You will earn five (5) additional entries for each Eligible Referral.An Eligible Referral means a person who:joins the waitlist using your referral link; submits a unique email address; confirms their subscription (e.g., via email confirmation); and is not already on the waitlist and is not unsubscribed at the time they join.5. Entry cap (max 25)Each person may accumulate a maximum of twenty-five (25) total entries in this promotion (including the Base Entry and any referral entries). Once the cap is reached, further referrals will not generate additional entries.
6. Anti-gaming and fair play (fraud controls)To protect fairness, the Promoter may deem entries invalid if the Promoter reasonably believes there has been manipulation, including (without limitation):creating multiple or fake identities or email addresses; using aliases, disposable/temporary emails, automation, bots, scripts, or click farms; self-referrals or circular referrals; coordinated behaviour intended to unfairly inflate entries; or any breach of these Contest Rules or the Website Terms.The Promoter may:remove entries; disqualify entrants; and/or require reasonable verification (including proof of age, residency, and identity) before awarding a prize. Entries are personal to the entrant, cannot be transferred or sold, and are linked to the email used to enter (subject to Promoter verification). Where the Promoter reasonably believes multiple entries relate to the same person, the Promoter may merge entries and/or deem entries invalid to enforce these rules.
7. One prize per person (even with extra entries) A person can win one (1) prize maximum across the entire promotion, regardless of how many entries they have.If a person is drawn more than once (or appears in a way that indicates multiple entries belong to the same person), the Promoter will award that person the first prize drawn for them and redraw any subsequent prizes.The Promoter may also apply a one prize per household/address rule where the Promoter reasonably believes multiple entries are linked to the same household/address or are not independent entrants.
8. Must be subscribed at time of draw: To be eligible to win, entrants must be actively subscribed to the waitlist at the time of the draw. If an entrant has unsubscribed, been removed (including for fraud), or has an undeliverable email address at draw time, their entries are invalid and they are not eligible to win.
9. Prize pool and prizes: The total prize pool is up to AUD $2,000.Prizes include:3 × running shoes retailer voucher: up to AUD $220 per voucher, purchased from a running shoes retailer such as Run Havoc or another retailer chosen by the Promoter; delivered as an emailed voucher. Voucher terms/expiry are set by the issuing retailer. 5 × LSKD gift cards: AUD $100 each. FLOK boxes: 15 to 30 boxes of FLOK products (final quantity at the Promoter’s discretion), with each box valued at approximately AUD $50–$60, Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash (except where required by law). If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
10. Draw details: The draw will take place at 12:00pm (AEDT) on 2 April 2026. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter in Wollongong, NSW. Winners will be determined by random draw from all valid entries.
11. Winner notification and publication: Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.Winner names may be published at the Promoter’s discretion, including on FLOK’s website and/or social channels, in a format such as first name + initial + state (e.g., “Jordan P, NSW”).
12. Claiming prizes: Winners must respond to the Promoter’s notification email within 7 days and provide any information reasonably required for verification and delivery.
13. Unclaimed prizes and redraw: If a prize is unclaimed after 7 days, or a winner is ineligible, the Promoter will conduct a redraw at 12:00pm (AEDT) on 9 April 2026 in Wollongong, NSW, subject to applicable laws.
14. PrivacyPersonal information will be handled in accordance with the FLOK Privacy Policy and may be used to administer the promotion, including validating entries, fraud checks, contacting winners, and prize fulfilment.
15. LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, platform outages, or email deliverability problems beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Nothing in these rules limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
16. General: The Promoter’s decisions about eligibility, entry validity, disqualification, and prize awarding are final (acting reasonably).
