This Privacy Policy explains how FLOK collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you use our website, join our waitlist, participate in referrals, or enter a promotion.
1. What we collect: We may collect:Identity & contact details: name, email address;Lifestyle preference field: training type (as submitted by you);Referral data: your referral link/code, and relationships between referrer and referred entries (as tracked by our referral platform);Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, clickstream data; and identifiers from cookies/pixels (where enabled).

How we collect it: We collect personal information when you:submit forms on our landing page (waitlist entry);use or share referral links and generate referrals; interact with our marketing emails (e.g., open/click tracking where enabled); and/or browse our site where cookies/pixels/analytics are enabled.
3. Why we collect it: We collect and use personal information to:
-administer the FLOK waitlist and referral program;
- request reasonable verification (such as proof of age, residency, or identity) where required to prevent fraud, validate entries, or award prizes;
-communicate with you about FLOK and the waitlist (where you have consented, or as otherwise permitted by law);
administer promotions (including verifying entries, contacting winners, fraud prevention, and fulfilment);

4. Marketing consent and unsubscribe: If you tick consent to receive marketing communications, we may send you marketing emails about FLOK. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us at sup@flokyeah.com.We aim to comply with Australia’s spam rules (including an easy unsubscribe option in commercial messages).

Who we share personal information with: We may share personal information with trusted service providers who help operate the waitlist, referrals and marketing systems, including: Landingi (landing page/form hosting), Mailchimp (email marketing and list management),Viral Loops (referral tracking and entries management),and related infrastructure providers.We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with vendors we may use for prizes such as LSKD or Run Havoc for their own marketing.
6. Overseas disclosures: Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.
