FLOK is different.
We didn’t build this for show — we built it for GO.For the eight stations. The Saturday run clubs. The wall balls, sled pulls, burpees, WODs... and the everyday athlete chasing their own PB — with a crew that makes it easier to show up.
And we wanted to make it convenient. We love oats and "bananas on rice cakes" as much as the next person. They’re fine--until you’re trying to eat them in the car on the way to a 6:00 AM simulation or run, or you find your banana has turned to mush at the bottom of your bag.
